Cosmo, on the other hand, refused to convert the credit both through chat and when calling the the front desk. Has anyone had luck getting the Cosmo credit converted?
Like the other poster mentioned, best to book via the Luminous rate which gives it to you in the form of F&B credit. I reached out to Cosmo a few months ago and was told no as well. Wynn however was happy to convert it into a F&B credit and told me to reach out to them once the reservation is made so they can notate it.
