She won't get any of those benefits. If you want the Priority Pass for her, I believe you can pay to get it - it's a discount on full-price if I remember correctly.
The benefits she'd get are those associated with having a Platinum coloured American Express charge card - for example, the DL, CO etc. lounge access.
