- EP first year expiring Jun 2020
- Had 2 EP Upgrade vouchers (for 2019-2020) expiring Jun 2020
- Got an email in April saying Vouchers and Membership extended 6 months
TK now saying only second year vouchers were extended. (Initially 6 months and then another 1 year) And my 2 vouchers from 2019-2020 expired and were lost. Any ideas here?

I had all my 4 Elite Plus vouchers extended ( both the first-year ones and the second year ones ) +18 months ( first-year vouchers )/+6 months ( second-year vouchers ) respectively. The process is complicated and different members have got different outcomes so the best way to learn about the expiry dates of your vouchers is either to call the hotline and ask or fill out a feedback form if you would like written evidence.
My 2019-2020 vouchers were extended as I mentioned, however, I used them and the flights were subsequently cancelled so I got a refund of them followed by an additional extension. I am not sure if the involuntary cancellation lead to this extension.
