Hitting a classic TK resolution wall here... Hoping some TK expert can clarify for me.
  • EP first year expiring Jun 2020
  • Had 2 EP Upgrade vouchers (for 2019-2020) expiring Jun 2020
  • Got an email in April saying Vouchers and Membership extended 6 months
TK now saying only second year vouchers were extended. (Initially 6 months and then another 1 year) And my 2 vouchers from 2019-2020 expired and were lost. Any ideas here?
