Has anyone done this that has a companion pass that was a partially earned through credit card points? I know the terms say "A status match is only offered to members who have achieved elite status through actual flight miles or segments in another program" but I don't know what they require to prove current status. I don't want to lose $49 to them saying it doesn't meet their qualifications.
