It has been my experience that UA lays out the rear Business Class bulkhead so that the last row of seats can get the "full" recline of around 130-150° (don't recall the exact specifications off hand). Which is nice for the folks in the bulkhead row of Economy as they usually get a few extra inches of legroom.
