I'm aware t-cells are hard to detect, which is why I'm refering to antibodies which can be easily tested.

There are few such reports. It happens but it's very rare. I'm not disputing antibodies can last fairly shortly, but I'm refering to a situation when the person still has them. And again, some countries do accept antibody tests for entry.
