I had made a reservation at the HR for the opening night. I kept checking back about every 2 weeks for lower rates and could mostly reduce, and finally took a pre-paid "opening rate" on October 18. (has not been charged so far). About 2 weeks ago, I again checked, but the hotel showed full. Weird I thought.

"The Circle" complex officially opened with the restaurants and shops on Nov 5. Other businesses opened even earlier.

Now 2 days ago, my wife said hotel is scheduled to open on 15 Jan. I am still waiting for an information, that my reservation cannot be granted... and while the 15th Jan is stated on the home page, reservations can still not be made...

I guess, bookings are really low, so it's not worth opening a new hotel... but an information to those holding reservations would be the minimum I'd expect.
