I believe the original A330 had the PMNW “egg shell” style seats that only were 75% lie flat and then went straight to the reverse herringbone style seats during mods in 2013-14. (See this thread for historical mod purposes
The Official Delta A330 Interior Mod Tracking Thread) The only DL widebody to ever get the standard herringbone seat was the 777 I believe.
