Hello Folks - I was able to load my wifes serve card at walmart this weekend . However post load i am unable to send money using her card to my account which i have been doing for several years without any issues. There is no shutdown email or any restriction on my or her account however whenever i go to transfer money it gives me the error " We are experience technical difficulties at this time, please try again later " .
