As others have said, it depends on the equipment. The Copa 737Max has flat bed, but their 737NG haven't. Avianca's 320neo, which tend to be used, have a really good seat product, not penetrating into the space of the next row, but not a flat seat. In terms of food and drinks, I preferred Avianca, at least before Covid. But I have flown neither one of the two since this all started. Bogota in my view is far superior to PTY, but again, this might change when PTY T2 opens.

So it's a quite hard to give you definitive response.
