As you mentioned, Dream Hotel Group is just the management company of the Time Nyack. It was owned by EMC Hotels and Resorts before they filed for bankruptcy. A new owner emerged early this year and is likely switching the management group to Hyatt/JDV. It's unlikely any of the other hotels in the Dream Hotel Group will convert to Hyatt.

IMHO, the Dream NYC Downtown looks fantastic and stealing The Chatwal from Luxury Collection would be a big win.
Dream Hollywood has the same owner with Hyatt's Thompson and Caption nearby so anything can happen, but if they want Hyatt to manage it, they would have done so right from the beginning.
