CM has a 737-800 B model, with extra-long biz class recliners and pop-up AVOD, which I find better than AVs airbus. And I think the reliability of CM is better than AV. Soft product...a push. Connecting in PTY vs BOG.... I might give the nod to BOG's lounge but PTY wins on logistics. But if CM opens the T2 lounge at PTY by then, who knows.
Copa only has 6 MAXs. I'm not certain, but I think they were only flying to SFO and LAX when grounded. They might be flying to SCL by then, but again.... who knows.
I'd take an AV widebody every time however.
