I think we've established that this is powergean's personal opinion and there's no actual evidence to back it up. Given the lounges were open to within a day of the current restrictions commencing, provided they are relaxed at the beginning of December I'd personally take a different view.

Both views are profoundly held, legitimate and either could come true.
