CAUTION BA Future Travel voucher rebooking - £100 service charge [charged in error]

I am not sure if this happened to anyone else and if this was posted earlier. I just wanted to say take extreme caution with Ftv rebookings as BA may charge you a £100 service charge for using your Ftv as they did to me.
I had a Ftv for £31 and 9000 avios from summer, called on the 9th of October to book a new flight for 2021 and was told that it will take x number of weeks for it to be ticketed. Amount in cash was the same and I only spent more avios from my account for a 2pax one way flight. I was not told of any other service charges.
Well, BA has just issued new tickets and charged me £100 pounds on my credit card which totally floored me. I had a hard time understanding where this is coming from, completely unauthorised. I even called my credit card to report fraud before I linked it to the above booking. Under the rebooking receipt they have now added a line to say that £100 charge is a “service centre fee”.
When I called to question this charge, it took a while for them to work through it and I was finally told it was an error and £100 will be refunded in 10 working days. Is anyone else aware of this or has had other charges like the ticket re-issue fee imposed for a Ftv rebooking??
EDIT: I previously mentioned a £4 ticket re-issue fee which is now clear to be just a cash difference between the previous and the new booking. Please disregard
