you may be able (or not) to match flights out of HND.... or not, schedules are shifting. you may be able to use AA's change fee waiver
you cannot land NRT and fly out of HND (or vice versa), must stay within int'l transit zone of same airport
AA is shifting some or all of its schedule from NRT to HND.

They have already permanently closed the NRT Admirals Club in March 2020.
