Successful attempt at chawanmushi ! Think third try .
Also nasi lemak with fried ikan bills , Japanese cucumber , kang kong ( water spinach ) , deep fried chicken coated / sprinkled with crisp fried herbs & lemongrass , tuna bergedel , .. papaya
