I seem to recall that Incheon has a both a standard hotel and also a hotel that rents rooms in 2 or 4 hour increments, both in the airport itself. The per-hour hotel may be just a sleeping room, though, as I believe I remember the signs advertised a package deal that included a shower.

Nightlife options would probably be about nil, but transfer time would also be nil.
