It should be straightforward; body temperature is taken (usually through cameras) and your QR code scanned. You obtain the QR code by filling in a health questionnaire in the Spanish helath form (SpTh).

rom the 23rd of November you will also need a negative PCR test to enter Spain if you arrive from a high-risk country.
