Thanks both for your replies.

I would have a strong suspicion that they'll restart passenger carrying as I personally know of people who are booked on the flights imminently for a longer Xmas trip back to the UK to justify having to do 2 weeks quarantine on return
Looking at the Maldives thread it seemed like redemption bookings were managing to get booked on QR (maybe with a bit of HUACA) otherwise the SQ flights are running reliably so worst case you can get a refund and book there (not sure BA would rebook in advance to SQ)
I too was rather surprised that they cancelled their flights to SIN during lockdown 2.0 given their running during lockdown 1.0. I do hope that they do keep going over December as we have something important to attend to in Singapore.
I wonder if it was a different story with the Maldives things (I saw that thread) given that 1) BA and QR codeshare on that route and 2) most people were (I expect) on the 2nd leg of a return ticket, so BA might have more obligation to get them home.

I think the SQ guidance expired at the end of October, but there are frequent changes, so if BA cancels then a guidance may appear a few days thereafter.
As ever, be wary of maybe bookings, you could spend a lot of effort going precisely nowhere.
Thanks for confirming
c-w-s, as far as I am aware, BA do not codeshare with QR on their DOH-SIN route, so not sure how possible it would be for them to do something there. I had a look and on all of the possible QR routings in J (I will book into Club) around the same time there are only 2 reward seats and there will be three adults travelling.
Tomorrow marks the 2 week point so lets see what happens, it is promising that they haven't cancelled yet, however I am sure it depends on the status of lockdown 2.0 come the start of December.
We really need to travel so hope that it will work out one way or another.
