apudme You seem to be saying that there would be revenue generated from the fee AND agent personnel would be eliminated by re-directing people to the kiosks... to avoid the fee. You can't have it both ways.

Not really wanting to sound "insensitive" but, this matters because...? How popular is it going to be with the airport employees if the airline is re-organized (read "bankrupt") and/or liquidated because it's costs were too high?
