I'm passing thru IAH for the first time at lunch tomorrow and have a long layover. Anyone got any good vegetarian food place to recommend? (Pizza Hut cheese pizza is not "good" vegatarian food.)

At DTW there is Rio Wraps, at MSP there is Sola Smoothies, at MEM there is ...nothing vegetarian (I'm burning WorldPerks FF miles on this trip thru IAH)
