Has anyone had any success claiming a refund from any source? WY refused, did a charge back with Amex who reversed decision when WY claimed it was a non refundable ticket. Amex blamed me for booking a non refundable ticket. Raised a section 75 claim in May and still waiting for an answer. Escalated to FOS at end of July and they too are dragging their feet.
