I don't get the Centurion. I'm about to shift six figures of spend to my corporate Amex, and have a co-branded Morgan Stanley card so they should know how much I have there. Would not be surprised to receive an invite next year, but wonder what it will get me more than my Platinum. It sounds like the big benefit is Delta Platinum status which would be great if I lived in one of their hub cities...
It's not the best card for most people. The benefits are listed in the forum some place, so do a brief search and you'll see what you get. If not worthwhile to you, then don't accept the invitation if you get it.
