SDQ is an hour ahead so a 7pm take-off would have been 6 pm EST.
We were actually told we may be able to see the Space X launch from the left side of the plane, I had moved from 2D to 1A to try and see it, but then we were told it was successful and too far away to see. But I do recall an orange dot in the distance at what appeared to be ground level so that may have been the launch.
