I only expect newspapers six days per week. Since when I'm in the U.S. or Canada I request only the New York Times, I think it's a bit unreasonable to expect a hotel to deliver a complimentary Sunday edition that costs US$5.00.

The Four Seasons in Miami didn't think it was unreasonable. One weekend, I was staying over there on a Friday and Saturday night. I requested the New York Times for Saturday morning delivery but didn't expect a copy on Sunday morning. But lo and behold, there it was on Sunday morning on the front door know of my room. And it wasn't billed to my room.

When overseas, I also don't expect a Sunday newspaper as I only read the FT and IHT and they don't print Sunday editions.
