In a weird, but probably typically Dutch way, if you speak Dutch there's no sign of advice at https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwe...-in-nederland:

Dan blijft u 10 dagen thuis als u weer in Nederland bent (in thuisquarantaine)

Translation: "Then you'll stay at home for 10 days when you're back in the Netherlands".
