Matatlr, I full agree with your statement :
- No communication upfront so people are still buying J seats and expect full service as usual.
Selling services is the core business of Air France, and there is no excuse to not inform those that buy that service, what they are going to recieve.
After all, this is no longer a temporary situation, it has been going on since March and will continue well into 2021.
I adore Air France as my airline of choice, but it always heads into extremes, rather than having pragmatic and understandable solutions.
The KLM Inter Europe, Business and Eco offer, you can like it or not, but you now know exactly what you will receive and therefore you can take it or leave it.
Personnelly ar present all of my KLM flights are in Y, as I have yet to go on a flight with somebody sat near me.
