I flew "U" class 3 weeks when I upgraded from WT+ to Club.

I did not get the miles posted as appears to be common practice.

I have spoken to the Exec club twice - who both promised to post - I have also filed a "missing miles" form - no joy.

How long would you suggest I leave it before I assume it is not going to happen.

Anyone have any ideas what to do next - can I e-mail anyone? I know there was an extension number mentioned - but I would rather not go down that route just yet.

I am getting a bit p1ssed off chasing this - as they know their is a problem - and surely they are going to fix this as it appears to happen everytime.

I was also moved by BA to a BMI flight as they have cancelled my flight - and what a hassle trying to get the miles - they keep saying they have no record of me on that flight - no you wouldn't - it was cancelled - I turned up after coming back from LAX - and the flight did not exist. Just get the same response everytime "we have no record of you on that flight". Only 125 miles - so not too bothered - but the 12,500 from the MFU I am not going to let slip so easily.
