Thank you so much for the suggestion. I have tried multiple days to cancel from my online account. It doesn't didn't work. I tried multiple times to call (801) 401-2222, but it was busy all the time. I did create a ticket with their customer service. My account was still charged yesterday for auto renewal. I looked at my credit card, for this charge, it was not even allowed to dispute.
I agreed it saved me money when I used it, hence I was member for two years. However, now I cannot cancel the membership with instructions from Spirit, and have to continue paying the renewal fee even I don't want to use the service again, it does become a ripoff.
I will try to call again Monday morning. The experience is bad. I just cannot believe any respectful company would intentionally make membership cancelation extremely difficult. This is not the right way to keep customers. I do hope it was just a glitch; and they fix it for me, and the rest of their customers.
