So until this year, I had a single vision and definition of French dressing and I never knew that it’s properly a vinaigrette! Today at Safeway while getting red wine vinegar, I decided to peruse the adjacent salad dressing aisle and I saw numerous French vinaigrette bottles so I’m trying a brand. Sadly I didn’t see any Green Goddess styles that was another fun 20th C flavor.
alas zero French dressings that I really wanted; the Fannie’s brand that I bought in Chicagoland (sunset foods) was a gem and maybe I’ll find similar in another shop.
