This is not new. To avoid this you need to apply using your personal First and Last names as the business name. Do not add any extra words. Do not make up a business name, even if you have used it on previous Chase cards which were approved. You can ask, but it is unlikely they will let you change the name on this application.
I did apply using my first and last name. I always do.
