Pretty sure that pilots were paid the same at both mainline and Rouge. It was only the flight attendants that were paid differently. I believe pilots (both 67 and A32X) could bid for both mainline and Rouge.
Pilots were definitely not paid the same. Rouge was supposed to be LCC, B767L was somewhere in the vicinity of being 13% less than mainline rates. Seniority wise was different as well. You can only go back to mainline if your seniority allows you to hold it.
