Turns out Hertz used to cap these charges monthly at $24.75, but they have changed their policy and now they charge you $5.95 + tolls - for every day you use it.

Weird since PlatePass even says on their website that they offer a monthly option for their service. But Hertz has chosen (it appears) not to take advantage of it.
