I'm doing a leisure, rev TATL tomorrow in Polaris. LH offered basically same routing and same price. But when flying solo, their open, last-gen J seating isn't so attractive.

As long as the FAs are available to serve drinks on request, I don't think plastic wrapped Y food will kill me
To be clear, the Polaris salads and entrees are the same as before...and actually quite tasty. I'll post my FRA-SFO meal up here soon, but the beef was really the best I've ever had out of of FRA. What's missing is the bread basket, appetizer, hot nuts (served cold or bagged instead), and cheese. Ice cream service is the same as in economy class, as is the pre-arrival sandwich. But chili and tomato soup was available as mid-flight snacks.

I'd choose UA too for the seat over LH.
