So now I see the bulk of the money was "Administrative Fee: Administrative Fee: (9 Toll Usage days @ $5.95 /day) = $53.55"

Turns out Hertz used to cap these charges monthly at $24.75, but they have changed their policy and now they charge you $5.95 + tolls - for every day you use it.

Weird since PlatePass even says on their website that they offer a monthly option for their service. But Hertz has chosen (it appears) not to take advantage of it. Now there is no cap and no monthly savings. https://www.hertz.com/rentacar/produ...nited%20States
