not sure what I am going to do with mine - I might have a few flights coming up - but dont expect hanging around the airports long enough to use them - but is not using them better than wasting them by going into the lounge for an hour?
The USO gives military personnel free stuff regularly e.g. international phone cards, food vouchers, etc. These will be handled no differently. I will just drop off the passes at the USO desk and tell them to give them to anyone with a long international layover or a significant flight delay that could benefit.
