In pre-pandemic times, with Global Entry, without checked luggage and carry on bags only, depending on the gate, it's never taken me longer than 10-15 minutes from plane to curb at TBIT. At the most, T2 is a 10 minutes walk from The Tom Bradley International Terminal where TK flights arrive (the airline connections shuttle is likely to take longer as it goes around the horseshoe in the opposite direction). If you have checked bags, I have no idea how much time to budget for that nowadays; before COVID, depending on the time of day and the number of arriving flights, it took as long an an hour for bags to get to the luggage carousels.
