Easy - you can walk, after exiting TBIT turn left, walk to the end of TBIT follow the curve to T3, then T2 - better to go upstairs and walk it on the departures level - more fresh air.
Or you could go back and clear security into TBIT again and take the Delta busses from near gate 146 of TBIT.

If Connecting from an International Flight or a Domestic Flight at LAX Delta International flights arrive on Terminal B, where customers are required to go through immigration, claim their bags, go through customs and walk (or take an airport shuttle) to Terminal 2 to recheck their bags to their destination.
