That is bizarre. The whole point of a chargeback is to transfer to work away from you if the merchant is being unhelpful. Providing evidence that they would refund you money would eliminate the need for a chargeback!

That's the point and I don't get it.
It is the Hilton Honors DKB Visa Card of Deutsche Kreditbank (German Credit Bank). So not just a small bank. At the moment I am in Spain, but I try myself again to contact them when I am back to Germany.
