They have done that. Roadway closure inside the horseshoe for T1.5, T2/3 and APM construction. Parking lot closure for AMP and ITF construction. T3 is completely closed right now to speed up construction.

MSC South is completely beyond the parameter and within the airport grounds so really has not much COVID impact. You can see plenty of activities if you drive up to LAX from Pershing side.
