If you were unsatisfied with the newly selected flights following a schedule change, look up the preferred flights, then call to make the change. The app/website is good for day of departure changes, but terrible at anything else.

Also, change the second sector may/will trigger a refare of the entire itinerary, if the original fare for the outbound is no longer available or qualifies.
