Miles Deducted but , Ethiopian Says Reservation is Pending
Hi everyone. I made a booking with Lifemiles that involves Ethiopian Airlines flights. My CC has been charged and I’ve received a confirmation email from LifeMiles. The miles have also been deducted.

24 hours later, I checked the status on my ticket with Ethiopian Airlines and it shows as “Pending”. Further digging shoes the following message:

Cannot add extras to Price Freeze (on-hold) bookings until payment is made in full and the booking confirmed. Please make payment online or call our Contact Centre on +251 116 179 900 (International Charges Apply).

does anyone have any advice?
