I was just there this weekend, the Circle just opened a few days ago so i was just curious and took a walk there and took some pictures.

It's a quick walk from the hotels to the main terminal, you just need to cross the tram and bus terminal. I didn't specifically look up but I'm pretty sure it's covered. As for the inside of the atrium, you can see on the first pic that it's covered but the sides are open, so I guess if it's raining and windy, you might get a bit wet...


Go figure why it's called "Circle"....

The central atrium as you walk in from the terminal/bus terminal. the HR is to the right, the HP to the left.
