It is the web site. It is a clear bug in my eyes. If you select to change a return flight with the outbound flight booked in first.... It will give you a price to change the second flight (you are not touching the first) but that price is based on the putting the outbound flight back in coach. So frustrating. Basically no way to use the tool to change a second flight outbound and return are booked in first. If you accept the fligt change (which looks like a good deal not knowing you are now in coach on the outbound), you end up in coach on the outbond and may not know until you arrive at the gate.
