Now got a reminder that my membership is apparently expiring April 30th.
I'm in the same boat. Later last year I took a short VA flight within Australia and the expiration was extended until 10/21 (2 years from the day I took VA flight), if you Google there's isn't a lot of details regarding FWC miles.
IMHO those miles (40K) still have values and I'm thinking either
1. If I don't fly (with either Alaska, Virgin Australia, or HNA's partner airlines) I could transfer 3000 points (minimum required) from Marriott Bonvoy to keep the miles alive, any DP for this before I even waste 3000 points?
2. Transfer what I have to Bonvoy, I missed out the opportunity when I was able to move them to Amtrak, at this point I could at least salvage what's left.
Any other ideas and/or suggestions?
