The flight still has 5 available seats in Premium Economy and the aircraft is upgraded to a 777-300ER with Club Suites.
I also had the visa check issue in the past when I didn't have status and I needed to wait until the airport to get seats, especially on USA flights as the system would not let me check-in online.
