Because I live in a police state, my local Simon is still closed and I've gone back to Safeway VGCs. It's usually smoothest to get $1500 at a time so be stay below Safeway's $2000 manager override, and I get a $999.12 MO whenever I happen to pass through WM. The $400 limit now means I'm going to end up with a ton of cards with $100 (1st, 2nd swipe) and $300 (3rd swipe) left on them. How can we optimize the amount of leftover cards and their leftover amounts?
