Even well-done lab reports are subject to alteration. Short of extraordinary security methods, it simply is not possible to prevent forgeries. And then there is the issue of bribing the poorly-paid lab tech.

All a way of saying that if one is bound and determined and prepared to commit a felony, it may be possible to beat the system. But, choosing which CLIA labs are acceptable to a state government does nothing.
