Fine but what good is a 4 hour PCR test - you need the results before checkin. You need to be at the airport 3 hours before your flight. So will you come to the airport 7 hours before your flight for the PCR test?
Of course you will have to go twice, once to get tested and once to actually fly, but it all depends on the alternatives.
A lot of people travel to Schiphol to get tested at the KLM travel clinic even though results are only guaranteed within something like 30 hours and the cost is ~150€...
